foreign-invested business enterprises may act as agents for commissions, wholesaling, retailing and franchising.
1.agents for commissions: sales representatives, brokers or auctioneers of commodities or other wholesalers provide charged sales and relevant supplementary services for commodities belonging to the other parties on a contractual basis.
